Candidate Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, majoring in Informatics/Computer/Telco Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum experience of 3 years for a similar position.
3. Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and customer focus orientation.
4. Having a deep understanding of router, switch, load balancer, DNS, firewall.
5. Having official and valid JNCIP or JNCIA specialist certification.
6. Strong in Routing and Switching.
7. Understand alarm monitoring.

Job Descriptions :
1. As Network Engineer, you are responsible to operate (configuring, implementing, troubleshooting monitoring) network infrastructure to deliver IT operational excellence to customers.
2. Manage workflow closely with a variety of different level support organizations in the process of providing network support and provisioning.
3. Identify operational issues and implement design alterations to address these issues.
4. Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed.
5. Configure, test, and maintain LAN equipment and services, including switches, routers, firewalls, access points.
6. Coordinate with the service providers and vendors raising service requests, verify the problem until they’re fixed. This requires good knowledge and experience in external routing protocols.
