Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word,Excel, Powerpoint)
Having experience working as a receptionist, nurse, and customer service is preferred
Preferably women
Willing to work shift

Assist to repair and maintain network hardware and peripheral components on customer
Report hardware and software problems to more senior engineers for correction
Responsible for receiving and recording reports or complaints from customers
