Job Description:
Perform daily data processing task
Perform escalation for any incident
Identifies service disruptions
Reporting any issues to Technical Leader
DC support (H2H, Room Server, link and Network)
DC Analysis and development roadmap
Remote Activity Coordination
Report Reviews, Meetings and documentations
On-Call for Scheduled Activities where required
Verify and confirm all Health checks reports based on SOP
Escalation of events to other teams based on SOP
Installation and Decommission of Racks / Equipment Processing
Using client based tools to provide DC Access and Delivery
Remotely Manage and coordinate DC Delivery
Recording and maintaining of Asset information and details
Labelling of assets where required
Conduct meetings and review service provider performance based on SLA metrics
Adhering and ensuring policy and process are practiced on premise during BAU
Maintaining Security and Safety of DC Sites
Supporting Project activities with other team members
On Call Rotation to support ad-hoc and planned activities beyond standard office hours
Familiar in using tools such as CCTV systems, Facility monitoring, key management systems

Minimum Qualification:
Minimum 2-year experience in IT related / Data Center field
Candidate must posses at least S1
Have good knowledge in data center platform and environment (Networking, Cooling System, Rackfloor, Storage, Server, Power System, etc)
Willing to work shifting
Willing to be placed in Jakarta area and Commute around Cibitung & Jatiluhur
Have CDCP knowledge and certification will be preffered
Have CCNA/P data center certification will be preffered
Good communication skill in english is Mandatory
