Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Responsibilities:
1. Performa supporting engineering role in implementing new cloud projects.
2. Support, maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure under management against SLAs.
3. First line support on the service desk and support channels.
4. Will be required to be on stand-by after hours.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university, preferably from IT/Computer Science/Electro.
2. Minimum 1 (one) - 2 (two) years of working experience in the cloud computing (Private, Public, or Hybrid)
3. Strong client facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management
4. Having knowledge in AWS, GCP, AZURE is an advantage
5. Good communication skill(Bahasa & English) & interpersonal skill
6. Have a good Presentation Skill
7. Willing to work hard under pressure and result oriented.
8. High integrity, committed, and responsible person
9. Can work individually and in a team
10. Have AWS or GCP certifications is a plus
