NTT Indonesia is looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Technical Account Manager .

As TAM, you will work closely with our customers,

build relationships and help customers achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges.

Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues

Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders

Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction

Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth





Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects 

A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management and communication skills





・ Has worked in the IT industry for more than 5 years. Or less than 5 years but has experience in advanced solutions (eg big data, cloud, DX, fintech)

・ Experience in selling complex solutions rather than individual services in the IT industry (simply speaking, solution sales not catalog sales)

・ Engineers who are interested in pre-sales facing customers in project leads
