Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
For Project based:
- Support for a new installation, integration to an existing system, migration, and monitoring.
- Including all documentation related to the project (Site Survey, MoP, UAT, as build documentation).

For Maintenance based:
- Support for troubleshooting problems in all Packet Systems customers.
- Also support for change requests in a customer network.
- Including reporting, documentation and standby monitoring.
