Responsibilities:
* Play a critical role in protecting organizations from cyber threats
* Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner
* Conduct routine maintenance of endpoint security platform to ensure maximum protection
* Produce accurate and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations
* Collaborate with senior analysts to escalate advanced threats and prevent future attacks

Qualifications:
* Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to learn and grow in a challenging and dynamic environment
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and able to perform under stress
* Demonstrates strong initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Willing and able to work in a 24x7 shift pattern, ensuring that security incidents are addressed in a timely manner
* Holds a minimum Vocational School Diploma from Computer/Network Engineering or related field (fresh graduates are also welcome)
* Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, the OSI layer, and DNS
* Knowledgeable in cybersecurity principles and best practices, and able to apply them in a practical setting
* Possession of professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GSEC, CC, SSCP is a plus
