- 2+ years of experience with Windows Server, Server Virtualization, Citrix, VMWare, email server and cloud services
- Experienced in designing and administering physical and virtual environment and enterprise-level Active Directory
- Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certification is a plus
- May be required to provide on-call support initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environtment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectivelly at all levels
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
