Job Description :
Coordinating team operations, to ensure deliveries within the time estimates, and the business specifications & needs
Identifying critical technical items and proposing solutions to reduce the technical risk of the team's project
Providing technical guidance, coaching, helping, and giving advice to team members
Overseeing and improving the team's skills ad efficiency, and organizing the necessary training
Participating in the definition of, and ensuring the implementation of development processes
Participating as a technical expert during meetings with colleagues
Ensuring the technological watch in your area of knowledge
Coding applications features according to the business requirements
Delivering code in line with Vox Teneo Quality Standard
Candidate Requirement :
General Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#.
At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Professional curiosity and interest in the field of the technologies used, new technologies, and evolutions in his sector
Business-minded
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (B2 EU level)
Knowledge of programming languages outside his team technology area is a plus
Technical Skills

Excellent knowledge of C#, Asp.NET Webforms, Asp.NET MVC, ASP.Net Core, Azure
Experience in WCF, WEB.API, Web Services
Excellent knowledge of LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL, Dapper
Knowledge of Multi-Tiers architecture, SOLID patterns, Dependency injection, IoC, Clean Code
Experience with components like Simple Injector, NInject, Automapper, NLog
Following skills are a plus

TDD / Unit testing, Continuous Integration, Teamcity, Powershell, Continous Deployment.
Angular.js, Node.js, ReactJS, Umbraco, Orchard
Reporting (Cristal Report, Report Viewer)
