Candidate Requirements :
1. Be familiar with ICT technologies and development trends in the data center field and be good at communicating with channel partners' mid-and high-level executives.
2. Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, logical analysis and written expression skills, cross-department coordination skills, a global view, proactive work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Channel service work experience is preferred.
4. At least five years of experience in the ICT field.
5. Be familiar with one or more product fields, such as power supply and distribution, HVAC, weak current, fire extinguishing, monitoring management system, and so on.
6. Working-level proficiency in English.
7. Be proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Descriptions :
1. The Channel Service is the service owner for channel partners, who designs and optimizes the channel service strategy of the Digital Power Business.
2. Coordinates internal and external resources, conducts channel service partner development, management, and relationship maintenance, and ensures that markets, sales, and delivery targets are attained.
3. Building and maintaining the channel service partner ecosystem.
