Candidate Requirement :
1. Bachelor's degree majoring in IT.
2. Minimum has 3 years of working experience in related field.
3. Experience creating SRS or BRD.
4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill.
5. Experience creating documentation relating Business Process.
6. Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
7. Have a desire to learn new IT Technology.
8. Experience to produce FSD documents, Technical Documents
9. Having experience in handling banking (willing to handle client banking).

Job Description :
1. Identify, manage risks and bridges the gap between the business client and technical team.
2. To create the comparation between “as it is” model and “to be” model.
3. To analyze processes and data to identify gaps or perform process or data mapping.
4. To create functional specifications and documented requirements.
5. To define “how” a system will do the “what”.
6. Will be working closely with the technical team.
7. Will be working and involved in functional design.
8. Will be provide solutions to business process problems at customers.
9. Provide training to customers about developed applications.

Bacheloor Degree
