Job Description :
1. A leader in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting new and existing Digital solutions.
2. Provide estimation of development tasks, unit testing, QA, documentation, code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
3. Contribute to architectural design reviews and recommend strategic improvements.
4. Develop end-to-end ownership of projects starting from requirement gathering, design through to delivery and maintenance. Create documentation for the clients to use the new functionality and expand upon this functionality in the future.
5. Learn from and be mentored by others not just the leaders in the team.
6. Working in a distributed Agile environment.
7. Interact with stakeholders (both technical & non-technical) across all levels.
8. Ability to communicate with stakeholders comfortably and present ideas and solutions.
9. Continually driving improvements and streamlining team processes.
10. Engagement and promoting of the currently effective development team process around feature development process as well as release processes.
11. Be across new technology and continuous learning opportunities.

Candidate Requirement :
1. Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
2. Knowledge and familiarity with Design patterns and principles.
3. Strong experience in software development.
4. Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated capability through past employment experience.
5. Programming Language: C#, Angular 4+, ASP.Net Core, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, GIT, unit testing, Azure.
6. Desirable Skills: React, CosmosDB, SignalR, Selenium, Powershell, designing and developing secure API, front-end unit testing, mocking framework, CI/CD experience.
