Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements related to managed service offerings.
2. Conduct technical assessments of customer needs and provide appropriate solution recommendations.
3. Design end-to-end solutions that align with customer needs, considering technical capabilities, service offerings, and industry best practices.
4. Develop technical designs, service architectures, and identify supporting devices and technologies.
5. Prepare technical and commercial proposal documents, including service descriptions, scope of work, SLA (Service Level Agreement), and pricing.
6. Create presentation materials and technical demos to support the sales process.
7. Work with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and executable.
8. Coordinate with vendors or technology partners regarding managed service solution requirements.
9. Lead technical presentations to customers, explaining the proposed solution, including its value proposition, technical advantages, and business benefits.
10. Perform technical demonstrations or proof of concept (POC) as required.
11. Collaborate with the costing team to ensure competitive pricing aligned with customer project requirements.
12. Stay updated on technology trends related to managed services, such as emerging cyber threats, security frameworks, and monitoring solutions.
13. Build technical capabilities through training, certifications, and in-depth understanding of technologies like SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, and others.
14. Provide technical support during the sales process, including addressing customer inquiries, handling objections, and providing technical justifications for proposed solutions.
15. Follow up on business opportunities (opportunities) that have been submitted to customers, ensuring timely responses and progress in line with targets.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in presales, technical roles, or similar positions in the managed service industry.
• Deep understanding of services like Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Security Operations Center (SOC), Red Team, Social Engineering, Vulnerability Management
• Strong ability to create clear and structured technical documents and proposals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across internal and external stakeholders.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CEH or CSA or CISSP or ITIL, or others is a plus.
• Service-Solution-oriented, proactive, and with a strong understanding of customer needs.
