Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Responsibilities
1. Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics.
2. Reporting to CTO/VP of System Development.
3. Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems.
4. Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
5. Ensuring optimal hardware and software functionality, as well as network security.
6. Developing and maintaining competence and credibility
7. Planning and managing technical projects
8. Implementing, developing, and maintaining projects and software frameworks or tools
9. Understanding business goals and translating them into technical requirements and project plans
10. Managing technical activities within the company
11. Planning, designing, and verifying network and system architecture, including server and Network Operating Software (NOS), storage, and network protocols
12. Develops and manages technical training
13. Surely provides technical oversight to internal resources
14. Develop, integrate, and maintain web applications and APIs
15. Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
16. Providing direction and technical expertise in design, development and system integration.
17. Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
18. Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability

Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.
2. Extensive experience in technical management, preferably in a related industry (health).
3. Have experience with PHP Framework (I111, Yii2, and Laravel) and Javascript Framework (Angular, React, etc.)
4. Have a strong understanding of the MVC Framework to operate OOP, RDBMS, and various other Coding practices
5. Have understanding with database programming (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
6. Expected to contribute to application development, both Front-End and Back-End.
