Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions. Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position of:

MANAGED SERVICE ENGINEER F5
Qualification:
- Male, max 30 years old
- SMK or Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in Load Balancer, DNS, and WAF Technology
- F5 Certified Technical Specialist (F5 CTS) certification is required
- Strong communication, could elaborate on user requirements, and have project team member skill
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Taking initiative and willing to learn more (Communicative; Initiative)
- Knowledge of best practices of IT security especially for networks, servers, and applications.
- Understanding of risk assessments and their relationship to governance and compliance frameworks
- Up-to-date understanding of technical threats and the techniques to defend against them - including tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for integration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of F5 devices
- Plan, deploy and analyze the configuration to ensure system hardening and security
- Understand and maximize the need for Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party, and customer
- Provide advice on improving operational system performance, capacity, and scalability of the customer
- Provide security operation support, issue isolation, and troubleshooting for the incident
