Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in
Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions.
Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position of: PRESALES SECURITY ENGINEER

Qualification:
● At least 3 years experience in networking, application, and cloud security, preferably in an
IT vendor environment with roles and responsibility in areas of service design, consulting,
and elements of business/account management.
● Experience in supporting major or named accounts as Presales Engineer or equivalent in a
large enterprise vertical.
● Certifications such as PCNSE/CEH/NSE4-7 are preferred.
● Experience with security products such as Firewall, IPS, Application Security, Email
Security Gateway, VPN, and Cloud Security.
● Administrator knowledge of Windows, Linux, and DNS systems.
● Strong understanding of networking technologies such as Routing (BGP, OSPF, RIP),
Switching, and SD-WAN.
● Strong experience in security solution design and proposals.
● Relevant expertise and competitive knowledge including competitive solution, technology,
and product offerings.
● Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English).
● Team-player, highly motivated self-starter, and interpersonal skills required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Provide pre-sales technical guidance and sales support for the development, adoption, and
implementation of Account Manager security solutions in major accounts opportunities.
● Assists the major accounts sales team in assessing potential application of Security
products and solutions to meet customer needs and prepare detailed products/solutions
specifications for the development and implementation of customers’ solutions.
● Understand the business requirements for major accounts customers’ base and be able to
translate them into technical requirements, for the creation of solution design and proposals
with Security solutions and services offerings.
● Serve as the technical subject matter expert in security solutions – thorough understanding
of security products/solutions, features functions and benefits while being able to
communicate to all enterprise level customers.
● Perform in-depth technical presentations, solution showcases, and proof of concepts
(POCs) for enterprise accounts customers or prospects.
● Initiate proposals and participate in the writing of RFP/RFQ/RFI/Tender documents
templates and responses.
● Responsible to understudy customer requirements, environment, and challenges and able
to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
● Responsible for carrying out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, solution
demo, presentation, build-up PoC test cases).
● Work closely and provide technical support assistance to customers.
● Deliver a technical workshop and joint planning session with enterprise accounts.
● Provide regular reporting of account engagement progress on a weekly basis.
