Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions. Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position of: ADMIN APP MONITORING ATM (BANDUNG)

Qualification:
- Male, age max 35 years old
- Minimum education from SMK
- Preferably based in Bandung or neighboring towns in West Java
- Minimum 3 years experience in Helpdesk, ATM Administration and Monitoring
- Possess analytical and strategic thinking skill
- Proactive and willing to learn, communicative
- Agile and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with time management and data reporting
- Disciplined and reliable

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Willing to be placed in Bandung area
- Able to work 5 days a week, 8 hours each and overtime if necessary
- Responsible for performance of ATM/CRM Monitoring Application
- Manage, monitor and handle ticketing system
- Entry, update, reconcile ATM/CRM data
- File ATM/CRM documents and reporting data
