Qualification :

 Male/Female, max 35 years
 Bachelor Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
 Fluent English (reading and speaking) is highly recommended
 Experience minimal 1 years of as Sales
 Attractive Appearance

Skill Required :

• Good oral/written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Willing to work under pressure or overtime.
• Knowledge of is a plus.
• Fast learner.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Approach and promote services and product to new or existing customers.
• Communicate and maintain relationship to customers and making regular visits.
• Create offer letter, project costing and seek approval from the territory manage before proceed
to customers.
• Coordinate with presales team the customer’s needs and provide best solutions to customers.
• Register leads in Sinergy integrated Management System (SIMSAPP), send offer letters to customers, and follow up the leads. Update every progress of the leads is mandatory.
• Coordinate to customers and internal team to propose meetings, presentations or PoC activities.
• With a support form presales, coordinate with PMO, MSM, Procurement and Finance
to conduct handover meetings to make sure all communication are synchronized.
• Assist territory manager to prepare and conduct bid. Administer and responsible
of preparing bid documents.
• Handling complaints and maintain good communication to the customers.
• Perform in sales target that has been assigned by the company.
• Report in daily basis to territory manager or Sales Director if needed.
• Assist PMO in processing BAGL/BAST or project documentations.
• Assist finance in payment process if problem arise.
