Nama Pekerjaan: Outbound Sales Officer
1. Using the FreshSales system for the sales pipeline, follow up on client activities (job orders, leads, existing jobs, closing jobs) through email, client chat, phone, WA, and Telegram to ensure everything runs smoothly in Sribu/Sribulancer.
2. Seek outbound leads from the F&B, Property, and FMCG industries.
3. Receive all calls, chats, and emails from clients.
4. Learn and understand all product knowledge and work flow in Sribu/Sribulancer.
5. Learn and understand Sribu's or Sribulancer's unique selling proposition (USP).
6. Identify clients' needs to generate sales leads.
7. Always know how many sales are forecast per day.
8. Convert leads into purchases the right way.
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at Sribu/Sribulancer.
10. Analyze client needs so that we can provide the right solution for the client.
11. Taking a step further, to maintain and interact positively with our clients and freelancers.
1. Minimum D3 education with 1–3 years of work experience.
2. Age 27–35 years old.
3. Have a contact database of medium, large and corporate companies of 100+ contacts in any industry.
4. Highly motivated and have a background in outbound sales.
5. Have good communication skills.
6. Focus on work results and revenue targets.
7. Having experience in the start-up world is a plus.
