Job Description
• Plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation stage to the development.
• Ensure implementation is running within budget, finished with the desired quality, and within the set timeline.
• Run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Managed relationship and expectation between team and product owner outside the team.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Design risk mitigation plan.
• Review project and potential improvement.

Requirement
• Min. 2 years of proven experience as Project Manager / SCRUM Master
• Having background delivering software development projects
• Preferably having experience in Payment Projects
• Good understanding of e-payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transaction, dual message)
• Knowledge of EMV standards and test process is a Plus
• In-depth knowledge of Waterfall as well as Agile SW development methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban as well as the traditional plan-driven methodologies (eg V-model, waterfall)
• Customer focused behavior, consultancy and presentation skills
• Excellent business writing skills
• Meticulous / attention to details.
• Ability to work under high-stress circumstances, a can-do attitude and strong orientation to conflict resolution.
• Visionary, solutive and can work with macro & micro perspectives.
