Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Role Purpose: This role will manage product development process starting from ideation to implementation

Responsibilities:

Leading and initiate product management activities
Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross functional team (sales, finance, operation, design etc.) to deliver a complete product
Work alongside technology and CEO office to craft product solutions to user needs
Drive product vision, set product strategy, plan short-term, and long-term product improvements to meet business goals, and measure success
Manage data driven prioritization
Drive iteration planning


Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
Have at least 3 years experience in Product Owner
Understanding of intermediate product management skills and continually implement industry best practices
A proven track record of success managing products
Possess strong knowledge and experienced in using Agile Scrum
Strong communication skill, both verbally and in writing
Adaptive and not too reactive in changing circumstances
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and deliver expected results
Having worked in an agri startup is a plus
Willing to work in Lippo St. Moritz Tower, West Jakarta (Hybrid)
