Responsible:
1. Design, develop, and implement new backend services and applications
2. Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing,
and production releases.
3. Contribute to and drive department best practices, guidelines implementation and
adhering to standards
4. Participate in application design reviews.
5. Mentor junior developers and continuously improve software engineering practices
6. Efficiently identify and solve problems/bug/defect.
7. Participate in scrum ceremony and methodology

Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong software development fundamentals (Data structures, Algorithms,
problem-solving, OO design, and systems architecture).
2. Strong understanding of object-oriented software development
3. Understanding of large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to
help keep them clean and maintainable.
4. Proficiency in NodeJS and good knowledge of frameworks like ExpressJS, VueJS,
Angular, NextJS, NestJS, etc.
5. Knowledge in process of multithreading, asynchronous and memory management
specific to mobile devices and caching mechanisms
6. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Dockers etc.)
7. 1+ years in software development experience
