Pre-sales & Post-salesActivity
• Supporting Channel & Product Manager to do presentation on customer or partner.
• Provide solution for customer or partner based on our solution.
• Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions.
• Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
• Doing demo or proof of concept.
• Doing installation for customer or partner.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance on existing account.

Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• CCNA, MTCNA certified is an advantage
• Familiar with various OS: Windows and Linux (using GUI and command line interface)
• Familiar with Checkpoint firewall, Fortinet firewall is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Can work independently or part of a team
• Able to work under pressure
• Having experience involved at a project or implementation that related to networking
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
