Your Role and Responsibilities

As a back-end developer, you will work in a full functional team to build practical features to our world class payment system solutions. You will be involved in product designing, engineering, and ensuring the stability of back-end services on test environment and production.

Qualifications

1. Actively enrolled university student who can commit 6 months for this internship.
2. Undergraduate in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Business Management, Engineering, Finance or any other relevant fields.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Proficient in open-source programming language skills : Golang (as mandatory) and knowledge of any of the following other languages is a bonus (Java, Python and/or R); Exposure to spreadsheet software (excel, google sheets) - System Integration with other Host/Server.
5. Experience in using RDBMS, knowledge of query performance optimization.
6. Ability to do Data Analysis, Data collection and synthesis of that data into reports.
7. Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements
8. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
9. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and fast learner.
10. Work with Technical Subject Matter Experts to build innovative back-end solution areas such as: Super App, Digital Banking, Payment Solution, Fraud Management and Automatic Fare Collection Solution
