Your Role

Finpoint is looking for a hands-on Payment Gateway, Risk and Fraud Management System with previous track record in the ATM/POS, Retail, Ecommerce Risk & Payment space. You have the chance to be one of our core team-members, will work together directly with our C-Level and support our company’s national and global expansion.

Your Responsibilities
• Running, controlling, and monitoring the best-in-class Digital Banking and Digital Payment Fraud Management Solutions' system
• Monitor & control transaction and payment performance, dispute rates and chargebacks
• Reduce fraud risk by implementing fraud prevention, detection & risk monitoring tools during, before and after checkout
• Know how to investigate payment gateway, digital banking and digital payments fraud cases
• Knowledge of how digital banking, digital payment, payment gateways and atm/pos switching work Indonesia (Midtrans, Doku, GoPay, ATM Bersama, Prima, GPN)
• Optimize rules and parameters of fraud prevention and detection process flows
• Strategic intelligence to provide internal & external stakeholders with relevant information on payments, regulatory evolutions, compliance and security standards
• Familiar with Payment gateway, Digital Banking or Digital Payment Fraud Management System Standard Operating Procedure

Your Background
• Highly motivated and ambitious candidate with Payment gateway or Digital Banking or Digital Payment Fraud Management System experience
• Based in Jakarta, business fluent in English
• Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
• 3+ years relevant working experience
• A solid team-player who will grow and develop a team to excel beyond their comfort zones
