Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia (ACSI) is looking to hire an Account Manager to be responsible to oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The incumbent of this role will collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied but also engaged with our products and services in the long run. PT. Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia (ACSI) is a thought leader providing cybersecurity consulting, cyber risk management, and cyber training in Indonesia. We focus on prevention, inspection, repair, disaster recovery, and cyber protection for our clients in Indonesia.

In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Generate profitable revenue and meeting sales targets
Develop and qualify leads within territory to close sales opportunities
Coordinate client services with key company personnel, including Operations, Support and Services
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goal.

What you should have:

1+ years of relevant sales experience working in cyber security is a strong asset.
Proficient in technical B2B sales
Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills Independent, excellent organizational and priority management skills
