Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia, part of Asaba Digital Innotech group, is hiring Junior OSC Engineer to deliver customer cyber support in line with the objectives of the team’s and customer expectations.

Main Respobsibilities:
• Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams.
• Working with colleagues outside of SOC, providing feedback to improve the maintenance and tuning of the security tooling.
• Communicating internally and externally issues, escalations, and action plans to resolve customer issues.
• Our engineers are responsible for the monitoring of security incidents, classifying incidents, and acting as a trusted advisor to identify enhancements or new capabilities and technologies for identification, prevention, detection and recovery of cyber incidents.
• We have an opportunity for a well-motivated Junior SOC Engineer to join the team and take a role in the ongoing development and operation of our Managed SOC service.

Required Technical Skill:
• Fresh Graduate of Degree in Information Technology or relevant major.
• Able to evidence excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of cyber security principles.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications. Knowledge/experience of one or more programme skills (Python, Ruby, RHP, C, C#, Java, Regex).
Knowledge/experience of one or more System administration (Linux, Windows, Mac).

Specific role requirements and skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication s kill.
• Excellent self-driven time management skills applied when delivering support services.
• Possess a passion for IT and keen to progress.
• Knowledge of the ITIL Service desk environment is preferable.
