Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Field Service Engineer (FSE) within Customer Service operation team in Indonesia for Industrial or Commercial AC UPS and DC System including battery

Job responsibility:
Performs installation supervision and commissioning
Performs maintenance AC & DC UPS equipment including battery
Trains customers on equipment operation and maintenance
Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field and determining the cause of these failures
Solve problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.
Providing 24hrs telephone support for customers
Support internal for spare parts warranty, preparation and assembly.
