Job Description:

1. Translate product roadmap into customer centric Product Requirement Document and user stories backlog in JIRA
2. Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
3. Working together with a dedicated team leader to play a leading role in co-coordinating the effort of the team to realize an overall vision for the features and application. Ensure all developer get 55 or more story hours per sprint (together with SL).
4. Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments. Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.
5. Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development. Overseeing the actual development of the product, to refine the process, identify areas for improvement, and support the sprint.
6. Primary liaison between stakeholders (business, finance, ops etc.) and squad teams. Inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration
7. As point person on the product development team, using their high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects

Requirements:

1. Minimal 2 years’ experience on Project manager
2. PRD development
3. Team management
4. Analytical skill, Product Architecture, User Stories Backlog
5. Communication skill
