Job Description:

1. Eliciting and documenting requirements. This includes functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Presenting the proposed solutions to stakeholders.
3. Interviewing personnel to identify & determine the processes, methods, and personnels that will be needed to fulfill business needs.
4. Accountable to the success of the overall solution proposals given to the business.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-4 years professional experience in an analytical role at a technology industry
2. Have experience in product management
3. Passion in software engineering, system analysis or business analysis
4. Strong experience in documenting requirements (knowledge of approaches and tools for requirements specification on different level of details)
5. Ability to facilitate & manage requirements priorities and changes
6. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork and communication skills
7. Ability to translate high level ideas into specific requirements with clear acceptance criteria
8. Good understanding of the project goals and ability to form MVP requirements
9. Writing and verbal fluency in English is a plus
