Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
A Real Estate Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Procurement Manager (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

Source and establish relationships with suppliers for materials and products used in luxury real estate projects
Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure they meet project specifications, deadlines and quality standards
Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, materials and pricing for quick reference and project planning
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms for pricing, delivery schedules, and material quality
Research and identify high-quality yet cost-effective materials and alternatives that meet the design and durability requirements of the projects
Work closely with architects and project managers to ensure all materials align with the project's overall design and budget goals
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed, cost-efficient purchasing decisions
Develop procurement strategies to prevent material shortages and manage delays in delivery
Stay updated on market trends, industry innovations, and pricing shifts in construction materials to guide purchasing decisions


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate or construction sector
Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success in securing favorable agreements with suppliers
Deep understanding of sourcing and evaluating high-quality building materials at competitive prices
Knowledge of alternative materials that offer cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple procurement projects, and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and suppliers
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and supply chain challenges
Strong network of suppliers within the real estate or construction industry
