Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Job Responsibilities :
• Lead and develop a high performing and diverse team of frontend engineers.
• Develop frontend web 3.0 using React/Next
• Help establish and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and platform stability without sacrificing quality and speed of delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business counterparts to design and build innovative, user-friendly web 3.0
• Continuous improvement of the engineering team as a whole through thoughtful code review and design documentation feedback.
• Iterate on internal processes to help the team achieve more with less, and maintain a high delivery velocity.
• Act as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
• Maintain existing project structure to make the development process more effective and easy.

Requirements :
• Have a background in consumer apps such as social media, fintech or marketplace.
• Have knowledge and proficiency with our stack (i.e. Vue, Node, Vuetify, SQL)
• Have 2+ years hands-on experience as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Manager.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• You are a good with a keen eye for design and UX.
• You should be a pixel-oriented person with low level of details.
• Knowledge in blockchain technology is a plus
