Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage team with agile methodology
- Research and choose the best technological stack for developing a digital product
- Involve in a digital product development process
- Discuss and aid the CEO or top managers to make sure that the development team and technologies being selected are aligned with the business' goals and vision of the company
- Continuously evaluate and improve application in all aspects such as performance, security, usability and architecture


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years as an Android Developer with a deep understanding of Web Front End/Back End, Mobile Apps Android/iOS, UX and UI design paradigms, and ability to implement and design Android apps
- Deep technical knowledge in developing secure, performant and well-architected Android apps.
- Strong understanding in OOP and architectural pattern (MVVM preferred)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative environment
- Have a good communication skills
- Have a willingness as a mentor to transfer knowledge for the team members
- Good understanding of the product
- Good understanding of the business problem the software is solving
