Candidate Requirements :
1. At least 8 years of civil engineering or electromechanical cost experience, data center-related work experience is preferred.
2. Be conscientious, proactive, and have good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Bachelor's degree or above.
4. Familiar with industrial organizations and certification standards, such as TIA-942, Uptime.
5. Working-level proficiency in English.

Job Descriptions :
1. Collect and prepare the cost baselines of electrical and HVAC or civil engineering for global data center projects.
2. Be familiar with the global cost specifications of data centers and guide the cost competitiveness of global projects.
3. Prepare the project cost estimation according to the design documents of each stage, determine the cost control target, and analyze and provide suggestions for the projects whose cost exceeds the standard.
4. Participate in the bidding document review and commercial bid evaluation in the bidding phase, and be responsible for reviewing the bill of quantities.
5. Establish and maintain the cost information database and establish cost baselines for data center equipment and services.
