Job Description :
Network Operations Center engineers level 1
Handle a request or incident ticket in the first layer
Deploying and inspecting IT network systems
Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems
Performing regular checks on network hardware and software
Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors
Tracking and documenting network issues, logs and compiling incident reports
Record problem in the ticketing dashboard, define ticket according to severity
Perform a problem/troubleshoot escalation to L2 if needed

Requirement
Experience working as an NOC engineer
Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
Knowledge of server hardware systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work flexible hours
