Analytical Thinking:

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.

Skilled in applying critical and computational thinking methods to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.

Job Description

Technical Support Provide timely technical assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Ensure user satisfaction by delivering effective support solutions and maintaining consistent communication throughout the resolution process.

System Administration Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) to track and maintain system health and performance.

Perform routine system checks and generate regular performance and availability reports to ensure system reliability.
