System Analyst
(Placement : Gandaria, South Jakarta)



Responsibilities
• Design efficient and effective system that keeps good balance between business requirements, technical requirements, performance, and stability.
• Participate in analysing changes needed to improve and add new features to product.
• Write clear, accurate, and quality technical specifications.
• Work with software designer to understand the product and its limitations, also do system testing.
• Cooperate with developer to make sure the specifications are defined and implemented correctly.


Requirements

• Able to communicate in English effectively, both oral and writing.
• Have at least 3 years worth experience hands on programming.
• Have at least 3 years worth experience working in system analysis and design. Certification will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including experience in writing technical documentation such as use cases, flow charts, swim lanes, sequence diagram, component diagram, etc.
• Capable of working autonomously and in teamwork.
• Good problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of design pattern.
• Good understanding of object oriented analysis and design.
• Good organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of architectural pattern.
• Up to date knowledge of IT in general.
