- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management
- Knowledge of IT security principles and practices
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
- Project management skills for handling GRC initiatives
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
