Job Descriptions:

- Hunting, screening and interviewing talents (mostly in tech)
- Create monthly and weekly report
- Conducting candidate's psychological test / technical test and scoring test tools
- Building partnership and act as a liaison officer to clients

Requirements:

Final year of psychology/SDM major or any relevant field
Male/Female, max 23 years old
Good communications, fast learner, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Has basic knowledge about headhunting and tech terms would be a plus point
Highly interested to work in recruitment and consulting fields
Able to work on-site if needed (Tebet, South Jakarta)
A good sense of humor would be great ;)
