Nama Pekerjaan: Managed Service Engineer (Software Defined Network)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions. Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the position of: MANAGED SERVICE ENGINEER (SOFTWARE-DEFINED NETWORK)

Qualification:
Male, max 30 years old
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field (mandatory)
3+ years of professional experience in Networking and Software-Defined Network (Cisco ACI)
Having associate-level vendor certification is a must
Strong communication, could elaborate on user requirements, and have project team member skill
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
Taking initiative and willing to learn more (Communicative; Initiative)
Knowledge of best practices of SDN Technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Willing to be placed at customer’s site in Jakarta Area.
Responsible for integration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of devices
Plan, deploy and analyze the configuration to ensure system hardening and security
Understand and maximize the need for Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party, and customer
Provide advice on improving operational system performance, capacity, and scalability of the customer
Provide operation support, issue isolation, and troubleshooting for the incident
