Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Qualification:
Min. education Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields.
Min. 1 year of experience in IT security, specifically in endpoint security, firewall, DLP, SWG/NAC and vulnerability management.
Preferably have obtained certification related to security from vendors such Palo Alto, Fortinet, Forcepoint; CEH and ITIL are welcome.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify best solutions and/or alternatives
Willing to be placed on customers’ site in Jakarta area.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform daily monitoring, remediation for findings, configuration, and integration with surrounding systems.
Record and deliver solutions as per operational procedure.
Make certain all issues are handled according to SLA response time or resolution time.
Provide recommendations for repair or improvement.
Prepare daily and monthly monitoring reports and documentation.
Build and maintain coordination with stakeholders and fellow team members.
