Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Degree in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Have a knowledge of basic information security and Network is mandatory
Have an understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, an various system concept is mandatory
Have an experience one of following security product, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Mc Afee (DLP , Endpoint Security, NAC (Pulse Secure or Aruba Clearpass).
Having CCNA/CCNP/PCNSE/NSE4 certification is preferred
Having knowledge of IT security framework and standard such a CIS or COBIT is point plus.
Have excellent work ethics, communication.
Strong analysis and motivation to learn new skill
Able to work independent
English work proficiency


Job Description:
Implement the product or system to the client according to the current project.
Analyze, troubleshoot and advise system on customer problems or request.
Conduct training for clients after product/system installed.
Make regular maintenance visits to clients about the products and systems implemented.
Maintain and establish good relationships with clients.
Create necessary document supporting the project.
