Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
We're currently looking for a Senior UI/UX on behalf of our hiring partner from one of the most growing startup agricultural b2b company in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities :
- Do qualitative and quantitative research to produce design
- Coordinate with team to produce most optimal and applicable design
- Design prototype (low to high fidelity) with user flow
- Demonstrate and explain details of the design

Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / DKV (Visual Communication design) or equivalent
- Have minimum 3 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Some understanding of usability / interaction design
- Knowledgeable of microinteractions in use (on mobile, web, desktop, etc), and have nuanced views on how to make many of them even better
- Have a sufficient skill to create icon and illustration
- Have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating process and problem-solving skills
- Understated and crisp UI design skills, with a balance of creativity vs standards
- Experience in AB Testing is a plus
- Identify and troubleshoot UX Problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Willing to work at Lippo St Moritz Tower, West Jakarta and other places as needed (Full Time)
