Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
We're currently looking for a Cloud Technical Specialist on behalf of our hiring partner from one of the largest managed services cloud provider in Indonesia.

Requirement :
• Male maximum 30 years
• Education minimum bachelor’s degree - Information Technology
• Working Experience minimum 2-3 Years as Cloud Engineer / System Engineer / System Administrator / DevOps Engineer / Data Engineer
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
• Understand minimum one Programming Language (Go/ Phyton/Node.js)
• Experience with minimum one Container System (Docker/ Kubernetes/Nomad/OpenShift)
• Experience with Infra Provisioning (Terraform/ CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience with minimum one CI/CD Tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/Circle CI, etc.)
• Experience with minimum one Configuration Management (Ansible/Chef/Puppet, etc.)
• Experience with Public Cloud Infra (AWS Cloud)
• Experience with Infra Monitoring Tools (Grafana/ CloudWatch/SolarWinds/ManageEngine, etc.)
• Experience with Application Monitoring (Dynatrace/New Relic/AppDynamics/Datadog, etc.)
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
• HaveValid Cloud Certification (AWS Associate Level/AWS DevOps Pro)
• Have Excellent CommunicationSkill
• Able to communicate with English is a must

Job Description :
• Perform Pro-Active Customer Support to ensure expected SLA and Customer Satisfaction
• Perform cloud deployment from managed service customer
• As L2 Engineer for troubleshooting during deployment if a problem occurs.
• As L2 Engineer for troubleshooting all cloud services, especially managed service customer.
• Ensure alerting of all customer cloud services running well
• Ensure all cloud services from managed service customer running according to the specified Scope of Work
• Helping to maximize and perform efficiency of cloud services customer
• Helping Internal Team to do Technical Enablement for Cloud Services Customer
• Coordinator to Internal Team, Customer, and Principal related technical issue
• Transfer Knowledge to Support Team, Engineer on Site, Cloud Implementation Services Team, and Technical Account Manager
• Creating Technical Documentation for Customer and Internal Team
• Helping to do technical assessment for customer needs.
• Do Research and Improvement as a technical for all Managed Service Customer.
