                    Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
                    Responsibilities:
Making arrangement to meeting room, receptionist area, CEO office, etc.
Making appointment or schedule on certain field as requested per department.
Act as first encounter to customers in term of relationship and handling complaints.
Handling further complaints in any operational issue(s)
Maintaning good relationship to customer/tenants.
Fast response and make effort in one stop solution method according to all companys standard operation procedures.
Listing and help finance to settle remaining balance of payment to be paid by tenant by following up.
Coordinating fitting out in past, present and future settlement, etc.
Search tenant open or no and must remember them to open
Make event offline and online in media social.
Work Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in 4S, real estate, business center, etc., those with excellent performance can be relaxed appropriately;
College degree or above, can English and Mandarin;
Have good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, good ability to display, introduce and sell products;
Skilled in using office software such as OFFICE;
Strong adaptability and pressure resistance.
Handle more than one wholeshale market and help relation with government
