Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Job Description:
1. Ensure that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
2. Perform configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events
3. Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions
4. Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users
5. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution
6. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
7. May work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely

Job Requirement:
1. Have deep knowledge in technical
2. Have deep knowledge in troubleshooting
3. Have experience create Documentation like ( Implementation Plan, Migration Plan, As Build Document )
4. Must have Professional level certification or Expert Certification is preferable
5. Eager to learn something new that he is not experienced
6. Have minimum experience in network / as implementation engineer around 4-5 years
7. Have Experience in implementation NMS ( Network Monitoring System ) Solarwind, Grafana, PRTG, ManageEngine
8. Have Experience in ACI Deployment / ACI Maintenance
