2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
7. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
8. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
9. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
10. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
11. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
