Position : Quality Assurance Tester (Performance Test)
Location: Jakarta | Onsite
Experiences: +3 years

Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Have +3years for experience in Performance testing.
* Have insurance industry experience, understand how the business process on insurance.
* Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools
* Expertise in load, stress, endurance, and spike testing for high-transaction systems.
* Solid experience in Insurance domain systems (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing).
* Strong understanding of web, API, microservices, and distributed architectures.
* Ability to analyze performance metrics (response time, throughput, CPU, memory, database).
* Experience with database performance testing
* Hands-on experience with monitoring & APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, New Relic).
