Job description
• Responding to customer service team / internal user with a solution or escalating it to the other tech teams
• Early investigation or analysis of production error
• Responsible for receiving incidents and requests from customer service team / internal user with related to end-users
• Response and record production incidents
• Actively working and communicating with tech and other teams

• Handling Troubleshooting
• Support Dev Team & Prod
• Supporting the needs & handling of problems relating to IT Assisting operational activities around IT Support & Networking,
• Monitoring & maintain systems, local servers & computer networks.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any fields
• 2 years of Experiences with related position
• Experiences to make a good report using docs or excel
• Medium level in Linux scripting
• Beginner level in any programming language
• Good communication skill, both oral and writing
• Deep understanding in IT / tech reporting process
