Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Job Description :
1. Monitoring and manage physical server and virtual machine location in different counties countries.
2. Working with local supporter and communication with end-users to schedule repair for issue server.
3. Experience with basic troubleshooting for server or virtual machines, including Linux, Windows , VMware and network.
4. Full life cycle of a product support.

Candidate Requirement :
1. Deep expertise of one or more infrastructure management (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, Security, Storage Management.
2. Deep experience on physical server management , i.e. iDrac system of DELL iLo system of HP.
3. Has experience for remote installation OS, upgrade firmware, basic hardware troubleshooting.
4. Experience in Hybrid Infrastructure. i.e. DELL VxRail. VMware Platform
5. Experience in Network Switch and Network devices management.
6. Japanese communication skills (not mandatory).

Bacheloor Degree
